Please read carefully. Placing an order means you have read and understood our return policy. Please call us if you have questions.
We proudly stand behind the quality of products that we sell. You may return the unopened/unused merchandise in its original condition within 14* days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original condition and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. You are responsible for the return shipment. Any package missing or changed may cause damage during shipping. No refunds will be provided for items received in damaged condition. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. No refund will be provided if we found the items were used, damaged, altered or replaced with other type.
No refund or returns for orders shipped outside USA. All sales are final for customers outside USA.
It will NOT cost you anything to cancel an order if we haven't shipped it yet. If you cancel after we ship your order you need to return it at your expence to get a refund after the restocking fee.
Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. You can e-mail us at sales@indiamartinusa.com
You will have to pay for the return shipment in all cases, except if the return is due to shipment of a wrong item due to an error occurred at our end.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 48 hrs after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or Fax - No phone calls please. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 (two) days.
We will replace any item broken during shipment. You must provide the photos within 24 Hrs of receiving the item. We will only replace the broken ornament (not the entire jewelry set) and the shipping charges of your order.
Please understand that these jewelry are hand made. It is genuine to have a missing stone in some extremely rare cases. We will not send you a replacement for such cases. How ever, if you didn't like it, please return it safely and we will refund 80% of your cost. No shipping charges will be refunded or provided for returning.
If the return is the result of our error, we will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs. In such case the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving it. You must either Fax or email the tracking number of the return shipment within 7 days of receiving it. This is only applicable to an inconvenience caused by our shipping error.
Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, in unsellable condition, with missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion.
If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and less the original shipping charges.
* - Restocking fee for costumes and dress materials are 30%. Please make sure you are ordering the correct type and size.
* - Dance Jewelry and accessory items shall be returned within 7 days but due to the nature of stock and importing regulations, we are only able to give you a store credit for the returns. The store credit will be issued after deducting the 20% restocking fee. All the shipping charges are the responsibility of buyer. The store credit will be only valid for 30 days. Thank you for understanding.
* - We work hard to send you the exact products you ordered. How ever, due to the variation in batch and models, some times, there may be a slight variation is the actual jewelry and the one in the photo.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
All the shipments are insured. If you notice any shipping damage, please email us pictures of the damaged item within 48 hrs of receiving the item. We will claim the damge with the insurance provider and refund you the cost of damged items once approved. This process may take up to 15 business days. You must return the damaged items to us in order to get a refund. We will refund the shipping charges also. No exchanges will be made for the damaged item. If you need the same item, you may purchase it from us again.
NO EXCHANGES
Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. A 20% restocking fee is applicable in all such cases. Also the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. E-mail us at sales@indiamartinusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please specify your order number, date of delivery and reason for return in the email. Upon receipt of this email, we will issue an RA# for the return.
2. Packing your return- Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box.
3. Shipping your return- If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via FEDEX only to ensure proper tracking of your product. Keep your tracking number for the records.
4. Receipt of your item- We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return.
